We thoroughly enjoyed decent size and fancy rooms and nice food.
The staff were genuinely helpful and caring and the location was magnificent right next to Mestre city center. The breakfast was above average and large, we had it in the lounge area.

The room is decent sized and new-fashioned, comes with nice breakfast, traditional decor, balcony-nice. The staff are very welcoming, giving their best to make the stay a REALLY REALLY NICE experience. The venue has good and unbeatable setting in Mestre Centro district near to restaurants in Mestre and bus or Tram. Distance to a restaurant takes 600 feet.

The hotel staff are very helpful ready to help any time.It is situated close to a quiet pedestrian area, where one can have a stroll after dinner or enjoy a coffee break. The hotel is well served by public transport from the Marco Polo airport and Venice Piazale Roma terminus(just 15 mins away) And if one wants to shop there are ample fashion shops close to the hotel. There is even a flea market on Wednesday and Friday.

A convenient spot for short stays, with a great location near the bus station for easy access to Venice. The breakfast included filled croissants and fresh rolls, and the staff were particularly helpful, responding quickly to requests. The room was quite small and the decor felt outdated, reminiscent of the '80s. The noise from the street could be a disturbance at times, detracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Nice family run hotel with a lot of lovely details. Especially the dining room in a nice baroque style with a lot of small lamps. Good beverages for breakfast, very strong coffee and super hot chocolate.

Convenient location and helpful staff
I stayed in a Double or Twin Room for one night, and the location was perfect for getting to Venice with just a short tram ride. The staff were helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining options and navigating the public transport system. The room was clean and cozy, but the breakfast could have had a bit more variety to enhance the experience.

The hotel is in a pretty part of Mestre and offered very good value for money. The bus is nearby that takes you to Venice.
Reception staff not very friendly.

Very nice and helpfull personnel and service is good, great breakfast bufe. The hotel is a old building so whenever there is a louder conversation and use of toilet you will hear that but other than that its clean, very close to Mestre center and alot of shops and shopingcentres, but still the hotel is very quiet from traffic as its in an alley where cars are not allowed. Bus to Venice is only 200meters away.
As i mentioned the walls are a bit thin and sensitive persons like my wife will wake upp if someone uses toilet during night 8).

This hotel was very close to venice. The bus stop from the Treviso airpot to the hotel and to venice was outside the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and pleasant.
The room was very small and the matress needed to be changed. Breakfast was very poor and so was the food at the hotel restaurant.

Strategic location near bus and tram stations, vibrant local markets nearby, charming old-world decor
Small room sizes!!! The air conditioning struggled to keep up!!! Noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep!!! The bathrooms felt cramped and awkward to navigate!!!

Excelent location - 50 meters from bus stop for line coming from Treviso Airport, 70-80 meters to bus station to Venice (Piazalle Roma). Helpfull, english speaking staff. There are smooking rooms, which is important to me. Clean towels and sheets, and they are changed everyday. 24 hour reception. Buffet brakfast, fresh and tasty food. Quiet place. Neraby shopping mall and shopping street. A lot of ATMs arround.
Bloody expensive internet (E5/h). Narrow rooms. Brakfast could be little more diverse. Only 4 TV channels, all italian. There's no even CNN or BBC?!? Extra pillows will be a good idea. No boiling jugs and instant coffe/tea in the rooms :-(

Like the interior design of the hotel very Italian with red brocade and gold fittings. Staff great, spoke english and gave advice on transport. Breakfast very good and drinks reasonable. Bus stop to Venice and airport 100 yds. Overall a great stay.
Rooms and beds very compact

The location is ideally suited for day trips into Venice. It provides better value than choosing a hotel in Venice, and is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dealing with them. Like the decor of the hotel and the rooms. I have stayed here before and certainly will again.
